FAQ

Shipping: All items are shipped in 3-5 business days (or 5-7 business days around holidays) from purchase via USPS, unless otherwise noted. Once the item is delivered to the post office, it is out of our hands. You are responsible for keeping an eye on the tracking, and contacting the post office if an item is lost.
If your item arrives in a less than desirable state, please contact us and we'd be happy to fix the issue!

Since we are a small, 2 person business, sometimes we are not able to get items out by the noted delivery date. Unfortunately things happen that are not within our control and packages may be delayed a day or two.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Pleas contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. We do not cover the cost of shipping on returned items.

If item is not up to standards, please contact us with images and reasons why the item is less than desired. We want to make sure each person is happy!
